At PureGard (NRP Manufacturing Ltd.), we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers.

Free Shipping Thresholds

• Wholesale Orders: Enjoy free shipping on wholesale orders of $350 or more before taxes.
• Retail Orders: Enjoy free shipping on standard retail orders of $100 or more before taxes.
• Small Items: Certain lightweight items (e.g., Tick Removers, Lava Bands) may qualify for free shipping if they fit within standard envelope mailing guidelines. These are shipped via letter mail, which does not include tracking. PureGard is not responsible for letter mail items lost in transit.

Orders Below Thresholds

For orders that do not meet the free shipping minimums, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM Atlantic Time may be processed the following business day.
• Estimates: Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Timelines are estimates only; PureGard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada and select international destinations. Shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate. PureGard will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
