You can check on your order’s delivery estimate by clicking the tracking number in the confirmation email you received after ordering. If you need help, please let us know!
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo of the damage along with your order #, and we’ll replace or refund your order right away.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs if a return is required.
If you’ve changed your mind, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issues 30 days after we receive the product(s).
